Everybody loves getting out into nature. Fresh air is like nature’s magic elixir that can calm you when you’re stressed and anxious. It’s universal. That first warm day in spring finds many of us dropping what we’re doing and getting out to enjoy the sun on our faces. Today’s fast-paced world finds us all too often indoors, chained to our devices. Let’s put them away for a while and get out there to enjoy the great outdoors! We become better stewards of our environment when we’re connected to it.
